TEHRAN, Feb. 2 (Xinhua) -- Russian experts will arrive in Iran this week to visit Fordow nuclear facility, Iran's local media reported on Friday.
The visit follows an agreement between Iran and Russia on stable isotopes, Spokesman for the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Behrouz Kamalvandi said.
"Today, we are at the stage of installing some equipment and Russian experts will arrive in Iran Sunday to begin the installation work," Kamalvandi was quoted as saying by Iran Daily.
The project will probably begin on Sunday or the following day.
Iran and six world major powers reached a deal on the former's disputed nuclear program in July 2015 and started implementing it in January 2016.
Under the deal, certain limits, including modification in the structure of Iran's nuclear facilities, were imposed on the country in return for the removal of international nuclear-related sanctions against Tehran.
