NEW DELHI, May 29 (Xinhua) -- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi Tuesday left for a five-day tour to Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
In a pre-departure statement, Modi said that he would be visiting Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore from May 29 to June 2.
Modi's first stop will be Indonesian capital Jakarta, where he will hold bilateral talks with the country's leadership and could also oversee the signing of a series of agreements.
From Indonesia, the Indian prime minister will leave for a three-day visit to Singapore with a stopover in Malaysia.
