MONTEVIDEO, Jan. 24 (Xinhua) -- China is willing to negotiate in an orderly way on the signing of free trade agreements with Uruguay and other Southern Common Market (Mercosur) countries, visiting Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said here on Wednesday.

Wang made the remarks when meeting the press with his Uruguayan counterpart Rodolfo Nin Novoa in the Uruguayan capital Montevideo.
