STOCKHOLM, Feb. 2 (Xinhua) -- A bus carrying up to 60 school children collided with a truck Friday morning in northern Sweden, slightly injuring five people.
The bus was full of 14- and 15-year-olds on a school trip when the accident took place near the town of Tarnaby in the Norrbotten region, police said.
The bus apparently skidded in a curve while a truck was approaching and the truck then hit the back of the bus, police spokeswoman Lisa Sannevik told Swedish Television.
Both the bus and truck drivers were unharmed.
Emergency rescue services were on site Friday morning and a replacement bus was on the way.
