JAKARTA, March 14 (Xinhua) -- The Indonesian bowling team will take part in tryout matches against China's Hong Kong and the United States this year as the team eyes two gold medals in the 18th Asian Games.

The upcoming tryout matches are part of the national team's preparation to boost capability and skill before competing in the Asian Games this year, Indonesian bowling team manager Roni Mandagi said.

The Indonesian women's bowling team will take part in the Hong Kong Open which is scheduled to be played from June 24 to July 2, the manager said. The men's bowling team will compete in the USBC Masters in the United States from April 5-16.

Bowling in the Asian Games will field competitors from 22 countries and regions in Asia. Enditem
