LONDON, May 15 (Xinhua) -- The Scottish parliament on Tuesday refused to give its consent to Britain's key Brexit legislation -- EU Withdrawal Bill.
Labor, Green and Liberal Democrat lawmakers united to back SNP members in rejecting the Westminster Brexit bill, saying it would restrict the Scottish parliament's powers.
