Villager Ma Xuechang and his wife carry material to decorate their house in Luoxiaocun Village of Miao ethnic group in Qujing, southwest China's Yunnan Province, Jan. 15, 2018. People of Miao ethnic group who didn't have household registration certificates have been immigrated to the new village since 1983. The government helped 110 people to get household registration certificates which guaranteed their rights in healthcare, education and pension in recent years.
