BEIJING, JUNE 19 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping and visiting Bolivian President Juan Evo Morales Ayma on Tuesday agreed that the two countries would establish a strategic partnership to promote greater development of bilateral relations at a new historical starting point.
