MINSK, Aug. 8 (Xinhua) -- Belarus' target economic development scenario suggests the growth of Belarus' economy at the level of 4.1 percent in 2019.
The GDP growth under the target scenario of economic development will be 4.1 percent in 2019, Alexander Chervyakov, Belarus' deputy economy minister said at a session of the Economy, Budget, and Finance Commission of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus on Wednesday.
The draft budget predicts 5 percent inflation, 9.75 percent refinancing rate and 60 U.S. dollars per barrel of oil in 2019.
Next year, priority directions of financing will be spending on raising wages in the public sector and meeting debt obligations.
