BEIJING, Sept. 26 (Xinhua) -- China published a white paper on Monday to clarify the facts about China-U.S. economic and trade relations, demonstrate its stance on trade friction with the United States, and pursue reasonable solutions.

Jin Jianmin, senior fellow at the Tokyo-based Fujitsu Research Institute:

"The white paper is right about globalization and the structure of U.S.-China trade and so on. The United States blames its own problems on globalization while failing to make sufficient structural adjustment."
