RIO DE JANEIRO, Oct. 10 (Xinhua) -- Brazil's right-wing presidential candidate Jair Bolsonaro is likely to win the runoff due on Oct. 28, according to a poll released on Wednesday.
A survey by pollster Datafolha showed Bolsonaro has a lead of more than 10 points over his rival Fernando Haddad from the left-leaning Workers' Party (PT).
Bolsonaro of the Social Liberal Party (PSL) will win 49 percent of the vote, compared with 36 percent for Haddad, it showed.
Some 8 percent of the respondents said they would vote for neither, and 6 percent said they were undecided.
The survey queried 3,235 voters across 227 cities on Wednesday, and has a two-point margin of error.
It is the first poll released since Sunday's initial round of voting, which saw Bolsonaro, a former military officer, garner 46 percent of the vote, compared with 28 percent for Haddad, a former minister of education.
