RIO DE JANEIRO, Oct. 28 (Xinhua) -- Right-wing candidate Jair Bolsonaro won Brazil's presidential run-off on Sunday.
With 99.21 percent of ballots counted, Bolsonaro had 55.24 percent of valid votes and his opponent, Fernando Haddad, had 44.76 percent.
