BEIJING, Nov. 1 (Xinhua) -- A total of 83,510 after-school education institutions found to have problems have completed rectification, according to the Ministry of Education (MOE) Thursday.
In late August, the MOE announced China would complete the rectification of issues at all after-school education institutions by the end of this year, addressing areas including giving lessons above the normal level, exam-oriented training and increasing student pressure.

A total of 2,963 county-level regions across China have started the rectification, among which 1,015 have completed the task.
