NANCHANG, Nov. 30 (Xinhua) -- A total of 118 cooperative projects worth more than 209 billion yuan (about 30 billion U.S. dollars) have been signed at the Fifth World Green Development Investment and Trade Expo which kicked off here Friday.
The projects cover several industries including modern agriculture, plantation, information technology and new energy, according to the organizer of the event.
More than 1,800 entrepreneurs and senior managers, and more than 1,000 enterprises from home and abroad, including Philips, Mercedes-benz, Huawei and BYD, attended the expo which will last until next Monday.
Fourteen forums on intelligent manufacturing, development of the Yangtze River economic belt and green development will be held during the expo, being held in Nanchang, capital city of east China's Jiangxi Province.
