JALALABAD, Afghanistan, Feb. 2 (Xinhua) -- A woman was injured as a sticky bomb targeted a rickshaw in Jalalabad, capital of Afghanistan's eastern Nangarhar province on Saturday, provincial government spokesman Ataullah Khogiani said.
According to the official, the explosive device was planted on a rickshaw and went off at around 11:00 a.m. local time injuring one woman.
The official did not provide more details, saying investigation is underway.
Meanwhile, an official who declined to be identified said the casualties was higher than reported.
