BEIJING, Feb. 16 (Xinhua) -- FAW-Volkswagen has announced a recall of 13 Audi A6 Hybrid cars due to defective air-conditioning parts, according to China's market regulator.
The recall involves 13 Audi A6 Hybrid cars manufactured between July 2, 2014, and September 17, 2014, the State Administration for Market Regulation said in a statement.
The defective heating units in these cars' air conditioners may pose safety risks, according to the statement.
FAW-Volkswagen has promised to repair or replace the defective parts free of charge to ensure safety.
