TEHRAN, April 7 (Xinhua) -- Iran and South Korea will meet in a soccer friendly in Guangzhou, China, on June 7, Tehran Times daily reported on Saturday.
Iran have won all the four matches against South Korea since the 2011 AFC Asian Cup when the Iranians lost 1-0 to the Taeguk Warriors in the quarterfinals.
Currently, the Iranian national soccer team is without a head coach after parting ways with Carlos Queiroz, who failed to end Iran's 43-year title drought in the AFC Asian Cup earlier this year.
