ROME, April 17 (Xinhua) -- Lazio revived its chances of qualifying for the Champions League with a 2-0 win over relegation-threatened Udinese in Serie A on Wednesday.
Ranking in seventh place, Lazio moved within three points to fourth placed AC Milan and the final Champions League berth.
Udinese remained 16th, three points above the drop zone.
Felipe Caicedo scored off the post midway through the first half and Udinese midfielder Sandro added an own goal by inadvertently redirecting in a corner.
Lazio goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha saved a second-half penalty by Rodrigo de Paul.
