Nie Yingju is not only a farmer who has rich experience in goat-raising, but also a village cadre at Changlingjie Village of Weimo Township in Yanshan County. With the help of local government and enterprises, Nie started a goat-raising cooperative in February 2015 to help registered impoverished households get rid of poverty.
