SARAJEVO, June 2 (Xinhua) -- A Flynas plane landed at Sarajevo International Airport (SIA) on Sunday, marking the launch of the first direct flight between Bosnia and Herzegovina's (BiH's) capital Sarajevo and Saudi Arabia's capital Riyadh.
The flight will operate three times a week -- on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, with the most modern Airbus A320neo (174 seats), SIA's said in a statement.
Due to high demand, Flynas plans to increase the number of flights from 3 to 5 flights per week as of July 1 this year, the statement added.
Flynas, one of the largest airline in Saudi Arabia and the country's first low-cost airline, flies to a number of destinations in Europe, Africa and Asia.
