Local resident Yu Xiuhua makes steamed Longzha in Chishui, southwest China's Guizhou Province, June 4, 2019. Steamed Longzha is a regional cuisine popular in Chishui and especially been served on traditional festive occasions. The dish is mainly made of pork cutlet, pork chop and sticky rice, accompanying with sweet potatoes, beans, bamboo shoots and other food materials flexibly chosen according to dinners' preference. After more than ten working procedures, such as marinating, stir-frying, mixing material with rice flour, all the ingredients are arranged in layers in a bamboo made steamer for finally steam cook.
