BEIJING, July 14 (Xinhua) -- China's Ministry of Culture and Tourism has issued a notice to remind travellers of their safety during their summer vacation trips.
The ministry told travellers to pay attention to travel warnings and tips about their tourist destinations, and avoid going to risky sites.
It called on tourists to be cautious in choosing travel agencies, taking part in risky activities and driving vehicles.
It also asked the travellers to look out for theft and robbery risks and pay attention to food safety issues.
