WASHINGTON, July 19 (Xinhua) -- Campers from the Basketball Without Borders (BWB) Africa will be coached by former and current NBA players headlined by two-time NBA All-Star Joel Embiid and two-time NBA champion Chris Bosh, it was announced on Friday.
The NBA, the International Basketball Federation and the Senegalese Basketball Federation announced that a total of 60 boys and girls from around Africa will participate in the 17th edition of BWB Africa which is to be held in Senegal between July 28-31.
The camp coaches also include 2017 NBA Rookie of the Year Malcolm Brogdon and two-time NBA All-Star Luol Deng.
Players and coaches will lead the campers through a variety of activities, including movement efficiency, positional skill development, shooting and skills competitions, 5-on-5 games, and daily life skills seminars focusing on health, leadership and communication.
