BEIJING, Aug. 26 (Xinhua) -- A booklet of guidelines for strengthening reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses in schools in the new era has been published by the People's Publishing House.

The guidelines were issued by the general offices of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council.

The booklet is available at Xinhua Bookstore outlets across the country.
