PUL-E-KHUMRI, Oct. 10, 2019 (Xinhua) -- Afghan farmers harvest rice in a paddy field in Andrab district of northern Baghlan province, Afghanistan, on Tuesday. The Afghan government has committed to investing in agricultural sector to create job opportunities for millions of people to boost economy in the land-locked country.
