BUCHAREST, Oct. 29 (Xinhua) -- One woman was killed and 32 other passengers were injured Monday morning after a bus rolled over in western Romania, according to the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations.
The coach involved in the accident was carrying 72 people, including two drivers. Most passengers were workers returning from work in Spain.
The traffic accident in Hunedoara County involved the largest number of passengers in recent years in the eastern European country.
The 32 injured persons are in stable condition without life-threatening injuries, said the spokesman of the Ambulance Service of Hunedoara County, Calin Dumitrescu.
"Most of the patients have injuries to the head, chest and limbs," he said.
